– Sending a keyword such as START to a designated SERTG number
– Completing a paper or electronic form that includes SMS consent

Opting Out
You may opt out of the Service at any time by replying STOP to any message from SERTG. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Limitation of Liability
Broadvoice and associated carriers shall not be held liable for disputes, breaches, or issues arising between SERTG and its customers. Broadvoice does not assume responsibility for resolving disputes or liabilities related to SERTG’s SMS communications.
