SERTG Text Messaging Terms and Conditions
By opting in to receive text messages from Southeast Regional Technology Group (“SERTG”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to these Text Messaging Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”). This Agreement applies solely to SMS and text message communications and does not modify any other agreements, terms, or privacy policies that may govern your relationship with SERTG in other contexts.
1. Providing Telephone Numbers and Duty to Notify
You represent that the mobile number you provide to SERTG is accurate and that you are the authorized subscriber or owner of the phone number. If your contact information changes, including ownership of your mobile number, you agree to notify us before the change takes effect by contacting us at support@sertg.com or by calling 478-477-2278.
2. Consent to Receive Text Messages
By voluntarily providing your mobile number, you expressly consent to receive automated and non-automated text messages (SMS or MMS) from SERTG related to account security, two-factor authentication (2FA), service notifications, and support communications. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
3. Opt-Out and Help Instructions
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll. For help, reply HELP or contact us at support@sertg.com or 478-477-2278.
4. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SERTG from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your provision of a phone number not owned by you or your failure to update your contact information, including claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or similar laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
SERTG is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery. Wireless carriers and messaging providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Broadvoice and associated carriers are not responsible for disputes between SERTG and its customers.
6. Participation Requirements
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have a mobile device capable of receiving text messages through a participating wireless carrier.
7. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in SMS communications after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
